Many outside forces influence the decision to adopt an electronic health record (EHR) system. Write a 350- to 500-word essay in which you choose an influence that would lead an organization to adopt an EHR system. Address the following:

Paraphrasing: When you paraphrase another person’s materials or information, you must always cite your source (see Examples 4-8). Absorb the information, then rephrase it in your own words. Using more than two words from the original without quotation marks is plagiarism, as is paraphrasing too closely to the original wording. Format your assignment, including citing sources, according to APA format.
