Although the organization has reported favorable business performance figures, there are opportunities for additional growth. It can increase its customer base, market share and revenues. There have been significant reforms in health care systems in the USA and UK, all targeted at increasing health information technologies adoption, improving patient safety, improving health care quality, and increasing health care access (Shalowitz, 2019). The organization can turn these opportunities into business strengths with a focus on diversification to cushion its business portfolio from market shock.
