The results present prominent themes showed in the results entail the challenge of meeting general life and health care needs of the patient, the disparity in social support gotten from friends and family and chances for Community health advisors to offer numerous forms of social support to patients. The strength of the article is that it explores the numerous factors that influence peoples’ self-management and self -care in the disease course entailing service encounters such as continuity and quality of care along with personal relationships. The weakness of the article is that it doesn’t offer a comprehensive depiction of chronic heart disease by examining disparities between genders and disparities within age groups.
The results of the review identify the most significant influences of chronic heart disease on a patient’s daily life entailing social isolation and living with anxiety. The evidence of the research can be used in my topic because it inform service providers, health professionals and educators about experiences of patients and probable interventions for promoting their health.
