They should also determine their feeding about approaching leadership. They should have guiding principles (beliefs and values). They should identify the behaviors in which they conduct themselves to reach a favorable outcome. Personal leadership philosophies define an individual’s character that affects how to interact with other people or respond to situations. It provides consistency of actions and behavior. Leadership not only affects the employees but also affects the overall outcome of the organization. For example, in the healthcare system, good leadership maintains a healthy nursing workforce that improves the patient’s outcome (Boamah, et al, 2018). Leaders create a healthy working environment by having good communication skills, having a collaboration system, effective decision making, appropriate staffing, and meaningful recognition.
