The study intends to explore inadequate nurse staffing as a problem with the focus on applying structured solutions to address the problem. In fact, it seeks to explore the performance of the identified solutions with regards to improving nurse staffing as a quality improvement project. Statistical processes will support the achievement of the study objective through presenting tools for monitoring, measuring and controlling data management approaches.
